All cancellation requests must be submitted to Company in writing via email to hello@hertravelcompanionco.com. The cancellation date is the date written notice is received by Company. The following schedule applies:

No-Show. Participant forfeits the entire Trip Cost with no refund if they fail to appear at the Trip departure location without prior written notice to Company.
Transfer of Spot. Participants may request to transfer their spot to another individual, subject to Company's prior written approval and payment of a transfer fee of $150. Transfers are not guaranteed and must be requested no later than 60 days prior to the Trip start date.
